Nicole is passionate about the safe use of these products. Her reviews involve the study of the effect of all types of medications on metabolism and clearance of each other. To have a complete review done, please choose an appointment time. Nicole or staff will then contact you asking for a complete list of your medications and herbal products and any questions that you want addressed about herbal treatments. She will review your regimen and then get back to you with her recommendations on your appointment date. Please give at least 5 business days from the current date for your appointment so Nicole has time to review your regimen.

Vaccinations

- Prevnar 20 (Pneumonia vaccine) for AdultsPrevnar 20 is for those 65 and older who have never had a pneumonia vaccine. If you've had Pneumovax 23 or Prevnar 13 previously and it's been more than a year, CDC recommends a dose of Prevnar 20. If you had a pneumonia vaccine before age 65, CDC recommends Prevnar 20 after age 65 at least 5 years after last dose. If you had Pneumovax 23 and Prevnar 13 or 15 after age 65, you do not need additional vaccines.

This one on one time helps us find any issues before they become serious and help patients work towards their personal health goals. This service is covered fully by Medicaid for patients with certain medical conditions.
