Shingrix (Shingles) Vaccine (2nd shot) change

  • Vaccinations


    • RSV Vaccine
      Covered by many Medicare drug insurance plans (Part D) and some other commercial plans.  Approved for those 60 and older.  
    • Tetanus Vaccination
    • Prevnar 20 (Pneumonia vaccine) for Adults
      Prevnar 20 is for those 65 and older who have never had a pneumonia vaccine. If you've had Pneumovax 23 or Prevnar 13 previously and it's been more than a year, CDC recommends a dose of Prevnar 20. If you had a pneumonia vaccine before age 65, CDC recommends Prevnar 20 after age 65 at least 5 years after last dose. If you had Pneumovax 23 and Prevnar 13 or 15 after age 65, you do not need additional vaccines.
    • Shingrix (Shingles) Vaccine (1st shot) (Ages 50-99)
    • Medication Administration $20
      Vitamin B injections, long acting anti-psychotics, some osteoporosis medications, etc
  • Pharmacist Consultation

    • Telephone Consult $30
      Pharmacist Consult on over-the-counter meds, supplements, and medications.  
    • Herbal Supplement Interactions $60
      Pharmacist review of interactions between prescription medications and supplements, herbal products and CBD.
    • Complete Medication Review $100
      Pharmacist review of medications, herbal products, interactions, dose timing, medication safety and efficacy for you.  30 minute one on one appointment.
    • Medication Check Up
      Medication check ups are scheduled around regular med pick-ups (up to 1 time per 3 months) to allow our clinical staff to sit down with you to review your medications, check blood pressure, review any outside labs as needed and talk more in depth to you about your medication goals, concerns and discuss any side effects.  This one on one time helps us find any issues before they become serious and help patients work towards their personal health goals.  This service is covered fully by Medicaid for patients with certain medical conditions.
